Order Forms
To make it easier to do business with Special-Lite, below are links to ordering forms that you can use to request product literature or samples from our fulfillment center, or to request an estimate or place an order with our factory.
Literature/Samples Order Forms
The Literature/Samples order form can now be completed and submitted online. Simply click on the link below and follow the instructions. Otherwise, you can use the PDF version. Simply fill it out and fax to the number shown on the form.
Literature and samples are available to Special-Lite customers and prospective customers in North America only. We reserve the right to qualify all requests for literature and samples and/or limit quantities.
Product Estimate/Order Forms
We now offer interactive product estimate/order forms for all Special-Lite products. This format allows customers to download the PDF files, key information directly into the order forms and select choices and options from drop-down menus when appropriate. Once an order form is completed it can be saved and emailed to Special-Lite with supporting attachments for processing, simplifying the ordering procedure.
