Special-Lite Partners with BILT® to Deliver Interactive 3D Installation Instructions
We’re excited to announce that Special-Lite has completed its initial set of BILT® instructions on the award-winning platform for Intelligent Instructions®.
Installers can now access interactive 3D guides for five Special-Lite products—directly from their mobile devices—making installation faster, easier, and more accurate than ever before. These step-by-step guides feature voice instruction and fully rotatable animations, giving installers additional confidence on every job.
These BILT instructions are another great example of the high level of customer support Special-Lite offers.

The BILT app is free to download on both iOS and Android devices. For training and group presentations, BILT can also be projected to larger displays using casting, AirPlay, or screen sharing on video calls—making it a powerful tool for education and onboarding as well.
QR codes linking directly to the instructions are available on all relevant packaging, ensuring quick access where needed.

The BILT team will be on-site at the Special-Lite booth at this year’s Door and Hardware Institute (DHI) ConNextions Conference, in Fort Worth, Texas, demonstrating the app and answering questions.
