Today, we honor the contributions of a long-term Special-Lite Rep and introduce our customers to a new face of the team.

Celebrating Nearly Four Decades of Service

We extend our deepest thanks to Brigid Patterson for an outstanding career spanning nearly 40 years representing Special-Lite. Brigid began her journey in the fall of 1987 as a second-generation Rep with Architectural Marketing & Sales, and over the decades, became a familiar and trusted partner to our customers in Western Missouri and portions of Southern Illinois.

Her knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to serving architects, contractors, and end users helped shape countless projects and long-standing relationships. As Brigid steps into a well-earned retirement, we thank her for her years of service and wish her nothing but the best in her next chapter.

 Introducing Your New Special-Lite Rep Agency

As part of this transition, 810 Resource will now serve as the Special-Lite Representative Agency for Kansas and Missouri along with Southern Illinois. The firm is led by owner Casey Cohorst, who is no stranger to Special-Lite either. With more than a decade of experience working with Special-Lite products, his leadership and industry expertise position 810 Resource as a strong partner moving forward.

We’re confident that Casey and his team will continue the high level of customer service and support you expect when specifying and sourcing Special-Lite solutions.

Meet Your New Special-Lite Representative

We’re also pleased to introduce Bruce Shipman, your new Special-Lite Representative in Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois.

Bruce brings more than 25 years of experience in construction materials, having worked closely with distributors, contractors, end users, and architects throughout his career.

Bruce and his family are based in Maryland Heights, Missouri, and he’s ready to help your project succeed—from product selection to project-specific guidance.
