With face sheets 0.050” thick, our Fluted Aluminum Traffic Doors are strong yet distinguished and well-suited for restaurants, retail, and other environments. They are also available in Smooth or Embossed Aluminum.

Exclusive Core: Our proprietary foam injection technology results in a waterproof closed-cell polyurethane core with a minimum density of 5 lb./cubic foot. It bonds firmly to the rails, stiles, reinforcements, and face sheets to create a door panel that is only 1-1/4”. Your door is built with incredible strength and flexibility to endure high-traffic environments without extra and unnecessary weight. Compare this to commercial traffic doors with wood cores or made with a passive honeycomb filler.

Robust Construction: Mitered corner joints with corner clips create a strong infrastructure with no welds to break. Face sheets are secured on all four sides by integral channels with no unsightly screw-applied capping.

Low-Maintenance Operation: Our exclusive, smooth-operating double-acting gravity pivot hinge provides reliable operation and has been tested for over 300,000 cycles. Our corrosion-resistant doors maintain their like-new appearance by routine cleaning using mild soap and water.

Custom Design Options: Besides our stock and special anodized finishes, traffic doors can be painted with one of our standard colors or any custom color to match your facility’s design. You can also customize the shape and size of your Vision Lite. Choose from a standard (9” x 14”) or round (15”) TVP Gasket Vision Lite Kit.
